Answering your questions about our consulting services
We provide training for professional development, organizational behavior, and leadership skills. We specialize in cultural awareness or humility - sometimes referred to as DEI Work. DEI or Diversity Equity and Inclusion is typically about Human Resources and staffing. We believe that Justice and Belonging are far more important concepts - Justice can only be wielded by those who have the power to enforce it and Belonging is for the people who deserve justice.
